Sound of Liberty (SOL) is the worship and music ministry at the Liberty Church. SOL exists to minister to God in worship and to lead the congregation into worship and God’s presence through anointed music.

Talent Management is the Human Resource Management function of the church, responsible for delivering HR related projects and processes on the behalf of and for the Pastors.

The key scripture for Vibe Worship is taken from Job 14:7. Vibe Worship leads praise and worship during Vibe sessions and any events that Liberty Vibe hosts.

The Pre-Marital Preparation (PMP) team exists to provide support and biblical guidance to couples who are in relationships which might lead to marriage as well as providing guidance to couples planning to get married.

The Events team manages the delivery of TLC’s Church wide events. Ensuring that the TLC Experience is delivered and streamlined to meet the intended goals and expectation of each event.

Liberty Kids exists to raise a young generation of Christians who make an impact in their generation and influence others positively for Christ.

Restore

Restore is the pastoral counselling team of The Liberty Church London (TLC). The team consists of counsellors and skilled helpers who come alongside TLC members to provide them with support and a listening ear. The team facilitates courses that provide delegates with practical tools to aid emotional healing.

This team exists to manage the sales of pastor’s books and growth products, locally and globally, in a timely and professional manner.

Finance

The Finance team exists to process offerings and others payments (cash and card payments) received from the church services; and ensuring all payments are recorded accurately.

Follow-Up & Retention

The aim of this team is to connect with and assimilate new and unfamiliar people into the church community. This is done by showing a genuine interest in people, connecting with them and connecting them to other people, a cluster, a department and the leadership within TLC.

Facilities Management

The Facilities management team provides the infrastructure that supports the Liberty Church in the smooth running of programmes, events and services effectively. This includes setting up and down of halls, providing directional assistance to venues and the storage of equipment and valuables on and off site.

Liberty Tribe

Liberty Tribe is the youth ministry of The Liberty Church. It is a ministry for the teens, by teens with events and services that aim to be fun, relaxed yet informative and transformational.

This team is responsible for making the Gospel of Jesus Christ known to all people with the hope of reconciling them to God. The role of this team is to actively engage in evangelism and also to mobilise the church to engage in evangelism initiatives.

The team is responsible for impacting and supporting the community through actively seeking to share and to show God’s love. Outreach is a broad umbrella that includes the following ministries: Prison Ministry, Evangelism, and Outreach.

This team’s primary responsibility is to those who have just given or rededicated their life to Christ. The team supports members with spiritual growth by nurturing, discipling, and guiding anyone looking to grow in their walk with Christ.

The Women’s Ministry at The Liberty Church exists to minister to the peculiar needs of women, single and married, in the church, equipping them to grow into the fullness of who God has called them to be as women, wives and mothers.

Maximise Life

Maximise Life is the Singles Ministry at TLC. The team equips singles to live a godly, impactful and fruitful life, Singles are equipped to ‘maximise life’s personally, relationally, spiritually and in the marketplace, making godly choices that testify of Christ and move their lives forward.

Pastor Bimbo Fola-Alade

Pastor Bimbo Fola-Alade co-pastor’s The Liberty Church, alongside her husband, Dr Sola Fola-Alade. They have 2 sons.

She started professional life as a lawyer and is now a well-regarded Bible Teacher, Pastor, Professional Counsellor and Conference Speaker.

She has over 20 years of ministry experience and is committed to equipping singles and women to attain their full potential in Christ and to build strong and stable families. She regularly conducts relationship enhancing events including Pre-marital Guidance Programs, Marriage Enrichment Weekends and Single’s Seminars. Her relationship and life maximization course for singles, ‘Relate’, has been attended by hundreds of singles. She is the founder of ‘The Love Institute’, an online forum which equips people to thrive in relationships and ‘The Relationship Centre’, a relationship and marriage counselling organisation.

As a Professional Counsellor, she works regularly with clients to gain freedom over issues such as depression, anxiety, sexual abuse and childhood trauma; and to strengthen marriage relationships. She has also had stints on radio, providing relationship advice on Premier Radio’s Heart Talk Show.

An avid writer, she has written over 10 books in her areas of specialism – marriage and relationships, maximizing womanhood, parenting and spiritual growth. Her books include, ‘The Winning Woman’, ‘The Winning Wife’, ‘Are you the one for me?’, ‘Relate – The Unwritten Rules of Dating & Relating’, ‘Life Makeover’, ‘Real Women, Real Issues, Real Faith’, ‘Raising Exceptional Children’, ‘The 4 Pillars of Strong Relationships’, ‘Escaping The Comparison Trap’, ‘4 keys to make your Relationship Work’, ‘Fortify – Building Your Spiritual Foundations’ and ‘Becoming a Woman of Faith’.

Dr. Sola Fola Alade

Though he originally trained as a Medical Doctor, Dr Fola-Alade is respected internationally as a pastor, author, publisher, conference speaker, coach & mentor to various businesses, as well as social, political and spiritual leaders.
PSFA (as he is fondly called) served faithfully for 23 years as a Pastor in London in one of the fastest growing denominations in the world. Together with his wife, Abimbola, they are now the Lead Pastors at the Liberty Church where they equip believers to live a Spirit Empowered life.

PSFA has touched the lives of thousands around the world with powerful messages that inspire, challenge and empower individuals to live beyond their limitations, discover their destiny and live by divine design. He equips people to make an impact in their generation and exercise their leadership influence in society.

For close to two decades he has trained & influenced thousands of people through his seminars, television broadcasts and the publishing of the internationally acclaimed quarterly Leadership & Lifestyle magazine.
He has written 13 widely acclaimed books including “The Little things that could make a big difference to your marriage”, “The 12 things you don’t know that could be destroying you”, “The secrets to winning your invisible battles” and his most recent offering “The 4 Pillars of Great Relationships” co-authored with Pastor Bimbo.

Dr Fola-Alade resides in London with his wife Abimbola & they have two sons.
